Checked against your process, material, position and qualification — by a welder, not a recruiter.
We have placed welders with industrial employers.
Welders are among the most widespread shortage occupations in Europe — reported as a shortage by at least three quarters of participating countries.
Sweden's public employment service rates welder opportunities as large, and expects demand to increase over the next five years.
Norway's 2026 employer survey estimates a 5,750-person shortage in industrial work, naming welders among the largest gaps.
Finland's 2025 Labour Force Barometer lists welders and gas cutters among the five most in-demand occupations nationally.
In Denmark, 23% of recruitment attempts in iron, metal and auto went unfilled — the highest rate of any occupational group.
Our co-founder has welded for over a decade and leads our welder groups. Estweld is built on practitioner knowledge, not generalist recruitment.
Our welders have worked in demanding regulated environments, and qualify to your procedures on arrival.
Reads a CV and matches a job title. They cannot tell whether a certificate covers your material group, or whether a welder who has spent two years on structural steel can hold a root pass on your job.
We screen welders on process, material, position and qualification before presenting them — matched to your WPS and your drawings, not just a job title.
We require a certificate matched to the specific material group your job requires. A generic welding certificate does not establish fitness for a specific job.
MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA/electrode. Thick-wall work above 50 mm requires combined electrode and TIG experience — we staff for it.
Chrome-nickel austenitic, nickel-based, and cobalt-chrome-nickel alloys.
Carbon steel, ferrous alloys, and zirconium and titanium alloys.
Construction MAG welding, and aluminium TIG/autogenous welding.
Certified across both carbon-steel and stainless material groups.
Welder-plus-fitter teams, because the fitter's prep determines the weld.
We source from a network of 20-25 welders, every one with five years or more experience. Availability is backed by call-off arrangements with our network.
Process, material, plate or pipe, position, required standard, start date.
We check the network against your requirement and tell you plainly whether we have a match.
Request a free test weld before you commit to anyone.
Contingency basis — no placement, no fee.
If a placement doesn't work out within 90 days, we run a free replacement search first. If we cannot replace, the fee is refunded on a sliding scale — 100% in days 0-30, 50% in days 31-60, 25% in days 61-90.
Send the six fields below and we will check the network without a sales call.

[CONTACT DETAILS TBD]The fastest way to an honest fit/no-fit answer is the six fields above. If we don't have the right person, we'll tell you — we would rather say no than send someone who fails your test weld.
